INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Central and South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania)
Orders made outside the U.S. are processed via USPS Global Express (3 – 5 days), and include tracking information and insurance for a $46.95 flat rate fee. Shipping to Canada is $34.95 via USPS Gloabl Express.

Customs or Import Duties
You,the buyer, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Residents of California pay 8.25% tax which is calculated automatically when placing your order. AmPmFashion.com does not charge sales tax for sales outside the state of California, or outside the USA.

No Tolerance Fraud Policy
Ampmfashion has a NO tolerance fraud policy. We protect our customers and our business, and fraud is not taken lightly. We consider fraud to be a serious threat. Any efforts to defraud will be will prosecuted, however possible, to the fullest extent of the law.

We track the originating IP address of all transactions so that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) can be determined so as to pursue prosecution of any fraudulent activity. Credit card fraud or identity theft is a federal crime, which is punishable by jail time, fines, or even more severe penalties. Actions will be asserted when attempts are made. All credit card information that is provided for any purchase will be verified through the banking network to determine if it matches the credit card issuing bank’s information on file.

Any attempts to intentionally provide false information will be construed as fraud and the parties involved may be subject to prosecution. We share all suspicious activities and information with the FBI, IC3 and NW3C and other authorities.
