Returns
AmPmFashion.com takes great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the day of the delivery and we’ll gladly process any exchange or a return for a refund.

You do not need to contact Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 14 days after receiving your merchandise.

Exchanges
All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States ($40 for International exchanges).

Refunds
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee from the purchase value (this fee covers our credit card, yahoo store fees and other costs to restock each item). A refund will be issued within 72 hours after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take 5-10 days for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

How to return an item

1) Please print and fill out completely the "Return form" below so we can process your return promptly.
2) Mail the "return form" along with the item you are returning.
3) Please carefully package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.
4) Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the item.
5) Ship the package via regular mail. For your protection insure the package and obtain a tracking number.
6) Ship the package to the following address:
